Hey guys. I replaced my inner and outer tie rods with Deeza ones from RockAuto. Everything went smooth, but now when I turn my wheels right or left, I get a high pitched whining noise coming from the tie rods. The noise occurs both at a stop and while I'm driving. The outer rods came with a grease zerk fitting, but I thought I read somewhere they were already greased, so I didn't add any to them. Should I? What else could cause this? Could the tie rod nuts in the knuckle be too tight?
