ticking time bomb?

My 99 has recently begun to make a ticking noise that seems to come from the steering column and is driving me nuts. Does anyone have any idea what it could be
 


My 2000 does it too, lol.Not during turning but when i go over small high frequency bumps.Tried multiple times to find it...no luck:th_frowning:
 
Its like 90 percent of the time it does it while turning or going straight down the road I looked for something losebut couldn't find anything
