• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Thinking about a meet..

WHat fun is it if we meet up and half the people cant hang out?? Lame.. Besides.. Ita all about making new friends.. In my last forum.. Teamzx2.com
Half the guys I meet there are still my friends.. One I stood up in his weeding.. I replaced one guys clutch cause he couldnt afford it.. One day I was about to lose my house and one of the guys came all the way to michigan from mid ohio.. Gave me 4 hundred and never let me pay it back..
I take care of my friends.. They take care of me.. Its all about the friends you make and learning more about the cars.. If you need more hook ups for parts or knowledge.. Its how you get it.. Ya know..?
 


Lets get a camp site.. Crash there in tents and cars.. If you need to.. Get a motel.. I dont mind the cold as long as I got a heater and a sleeping bag.. And In the morning.. Hang out and explore the sites.. Then head back?? any other idea or opinions?
 
the supposed ohio meet turned into the KCGP meet. if more people were to have committed i wouldnt have to drive 9 hours to bum****.

either way, each year we are having one or two midwest meets. the east coast might be included, probably not the west, but the middle of the US is where all the magic happens.
 


I prob would if I didn't have a lim gasket to fix. I don't think driving that far would be a good idea on a leaky gasket.
 
Can't believe I didn't see this sooner, but I'd be up for some kind of Ohio/Michigan/Illinois/Indiana/Wisconsin meet thing. H311, even a half hour in a McDonalds parking lot eating fries, drinking Pepsi and looking at other cars would be cool with me. I'm on 16 though so the drinking and smoking stuff would be out and schooldays would be a no, but some kind of weekend thing would probably be ok as long as the parents let me go.

And dsmuts: IIRC Coldwater is down in Mercer County so being up here in Putnam County means I'm probably a good hour or so away.

I like the sound of this just spend a sat screwing around looking at cars and stuff. Where do you live? Maybe we could get a minimeet somewhere around wapak or something since it's right off 75.
 
Id love to just chill too.. But the point was so the Wisconsin people didnt have to drive too far...

Buuut.. Looking at my calander at work.. I cant even do it till the first weekend in november.. And that!! Would be cold as hell..
 
Well I am in Grand Rapids... I would love to have a get together even if it is just for a few hours. Y dont we just get together here in GR. Then all the WI guys can just ride the ferry over.
 


Live right out of chicago and family has a huge heated shop. Nice big fridge full of beer too lol. prob fit 40 if not more gp's in it since all the trucks are out of it lol. I'm down for a meet

Heck yea, as long as parents would let me get out of the house to go look at stranger's cars in the middle of some parking lot somewhere, I'd be game for a mini-meet thing of some sort.
I don't actually live in a "corporation limits", but the closest big town to me is Ottawa, I'm about 35-40 minutes away from Lima.
