Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

The *Unofficial* GPF RC Thread

I broke lots of parts at first. But now that everything is RPM and a couple of aluminum parts here and there I haven't had much problem. But i've shredded these tires. I love driving in the rain and just spinning/sliding around.

stop driving in dust.

I gave up on my 4x4 truck since usps lost my ****.

Boats been ready, I played with in the pool but thats about it. Gotta walk down the street eventually so I can play with it twin 9.6packs

got my new motors finally. fixed the problem. ill have to dissect the old motors to really see all of the metal chunks broken

well i finnally broke down and bought a tekin rx8 for my emaxx thinking ill never have to buy another esc, and after having it for 2 weeks the esc fries, i bought it used so i figured it may have just been its time, so i send it in for repairs and they gave me a brand new gen 2 esc for 130 bucks, so i get this esc put in and tune the settings, drive it for 5 minutes on a brand new 4 cell, and it drove great, i put it in my garage next to the old 240z and after about 5 minutes the ***** went up in flames, no damage to the 240z i chucked the emaxx outside, btw i wired up everything correct i guess you could call it dumb luck but thats my experience with tekin so far.

jrb did u have low voltage cut off for the 4 cell? You probably damaged the lipo. Lipo packs cannot get very warm or hot ever, or bumped around, they are not like nimh that can be abused to hell and still come back for more.

was running it for about a hour today. cracked the a-arm and i think i ruined a lipo

well i shot the battery 4 times nothing happened i threw it at the ground nothing happened. My one wheel has been really wobbly and it would make the whole truck hop upon acceleration. Its almost as the hub is cracked or something. But i went to the hobby shop and got rpm a arms all the way around. just to prepare for the future
