Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

The new project. Let's do this one right ;)

I think the ones I have are stock. Good news is the car got a 4 wheel alignment (again) and now it seems perfect

that is great news, it's hard to find a good mechanic these days. maybe the first alignment shop wasn't absolutely honest.

Well the had 2* of negative camber on the right front yet 0 on the left and both rears had crazy toe yet the new shop says none of my suspension components are worn (I hope not they are all new) so sounds to me like when I made the previous shop redo their mess up ( they aligned my car "then" told me I had worn/broken components) they just claimed to fix it and really did nothing so as not to have put out free labor. I'm going to mail them a copy of the new alignment and bill :)

And just like that everything is purchased to go e85, I also ordered a hub and 3.4 pulley to go on right after the corn goes in.

Did you order a tuner
No, I have been emailing Tim at zzp and he suggested 42# injectors, hot wire, voltage booster, new filter. He said as long as I didn't plan on running any lower than a 3.2 pulley I should be fine on that setup on a stock tune. I got a good deal on injectors on here so that's why I have decided to go this route. Although I think eventually I will go 60's with a tune. Probably about the same time I go intercooled.

Is the Casper fuel pump hotwire kit a pretty straight forward install?

Lacking a paint job and all I am absolutely in love with this car, it still manages to look good with multiple unpainted body panels.

Today got my Casper hotwire, voltage booster, and alt power cable in. Got my pulley ready to go soon as I get my injectors.

So I popped in some 42# injectors today, my tank was pretty low (super low) on 93 and I have a 10 mile trip to a gas station. On 93 with 42's I was running super rich, like ltft's in the -22/-25 area, I barely limped into the gas station almost empty and put 8 gallons of e85 in, I was expecting some rough idle for a bit but the car started immediately and I even sat for a few minutes waiting for something, but nothing, I took a good little 20 Mile drive taking it easy working the e85 in and it never skipped a beat, my ltft's almost immediately came back to normal. I'm still getting kr up to 2* but I'm almost certain it's false as I have noticed my dog bone bushings have so much play that my plog actually taps my fan. And my kr comes in spikes usually at shifts or when stepping on it or dumping the pedal from a pull. Is this supposed to go this smoothly? I really expected some Ill effects but it's like the car wanted it.

This might be the last of this car in this body anyways, I'm "hopefully" going to pick up a super clean 99 black 4dr to transplant everything from this car into including my special edition two tone interior. I just can't seem to get past the fact this car has some sort of damage/problem that makes the left front wheel poke more than the right, after 3 alignments the car runs out straight and true but that damn wheel is wonky, I even got new wheels and same deal! I just don't like that I have to run spacers on 3 wheels just to even them up with that one! I mean if this new car doesn't pan out I'll just proceed with this one regardless, I mean I guess I'm the only one who really knows it has 3 spacers lol and it drives just as good as any other car :/ anyway a little back story on the black car is it's a 99 gtp sedan, 120k, rust free rockers and strut towers, paint is near perfect! It's a l36 with l67 top swap and has suffered from a chipped piston. I'm ok with that because it's getting to be winter and I don't mind swapping my l67 from this car over. What's your guys thoughts? First two pictures are of the potential new "body" he is asking 600 being as I would need to trailer it 150 miles home I'm hoping to settle around 400. the last pic is my baby on her new wheels.

Why not get under the front of the silver car and take a look and take measurements to see if you can find the problem with the wheel sticking out?

Well that is exactly what I will be doing, I don't know if dude thought I wouldn't look but I went to check out the black car today, junk! Towers are gone and the rockers! Why tell me it's a clean car! I will be finding a way to fix my silver coupe at least I know it's rust free :)

Well got under the car today and got some measurements and inspected the subframe, I'm about 0.6 inch's pushed to the driver's side in the front, but Even in the back, so I started to investigate the front area of the subframe for damage, the subframe itself looks fine.... But! The front left subframe bushing is all but gone and is definitely not sitting right. I'm going to take a chance on this being the problem and replace both front subframe bushings. The rears look to be in good shape, and Even the passenger side front one looks good, but the driver's side bushing is mostly missing and what rubber is there is rotted and cracked. Other news is the black car will be coming home as a parts car, who knows I may need the subframe :) but I has a ton of good parts, I'm going to use the bumper and hood from the black car on the silver one as they are in alot better condition and require a lot less bodywork to prep for paint, the black car also has smoked led taillights, and a rebuilt trans with paperwork, also polished torque stars with new tires. I agreed to pay 300 bucks for it I think it will prove to be useful as a parts car. Now..... Who needs a top swap? I think I could part the bits I won't use out and get my 300 back.

Sooooo...... After some more measurements and going to the body shop for some help, the silver car is beyond gone, the subframe is bent and also bent the mounting points on the body, I found a blue 01 gt coupe with 80k at a local car lot,it's been sitting in storage for 2 years with a burnt trans, the car seriously looks like I was never even used! I managed to take the car home for 610.25, the swap over has started as of today, I got a buddy who owns a pretty big shop and he offered to do the whole swap cheap if I let him have the 80k l36 that's currently in the new car. He is going to swap the entire drivetrain, motor, trans, axles.... We are also swapping over the fuel pump & radiator. I ordered ev6 to ev1 adapters for a fuel injector plug soultion and he is going to slice in the map sensor plug. While he is doing the swap I will be in the shop on my days off swapping the interior (my silver car had 2tone leather) and yanking out the fuel pump hot wire and moving it over. I will be pulling roof rails and special edition spoiler off the silver car too so if anyone is interested in those parts they will be available. Pictures of the new car will come in a few days along with photos of the swap over of everything.

sounds like the E85 is doing what it is supposed to. I've heard of other people having issues when doing the swap like you did, but if it works, run with it. too bad about the frame damage. good luck with the new project.
