The Hobo G35, now with retrofits

Re: The quest of a hobo that owns a g35.

Just wait.. Better to seal it all up once instead of opening them up then close em only to discover you have a leak the second time around.

If I were bluemagic Id drive that G35 to Baltimore and hope the rioters and looters robbed all the stickers off it.............

pics!

all this to get to the lights smh lol

after painting them, loving the look.

test fitting to be sure everything fits

time to aim (a bit annoying but its my first time so its to be expected)

sealed and wiring it up, halos came out great.

output is insanely bright and i dont even have the high beams enabled. apparently on this car there are two separate bulbs for the low beams and high beams. so this made wiring a bit tricky, the connector they provided was a direct fit for the halogen connector which is the high beam but that would mean i would have to activate my highbeams in order for them to work. thats a no go, so with some trial an error i got them hooked up to my low beams but now im wondering how to wire the highbeams.

i have one wire left on the hid harness and now im trying to find out where i should wire it to, the highbeam connector has three wires. a red, gray and yellow. which one do i wire it to activate the highbeam mode? not like i need it, just dont like it being unfinished.

i have to take my bumper off to remove my headlights, too. i can't even access them for a bulb change without taking the bumper off.

i've gotten pretty decent at it...
