The FWD Cobra: Just one more thing then the MG gets all the attention

Re: The FWD Cobra

I figured out that I need an inch in the back to get them the same as the front, adapters here we come.

Re: The FWD Cobra

Hubcentric spacers front/rear are on their way and i may have found some longer studs that will work on the front. I cant decide to go chrome or red extended lugs or not but I did go back to black with the wheels.

Here's the center caps, not on yet though. Also not sure if i want them flush or sticking out some.

Not this much though, the idea was to show some red

Re: The FWD Cobra

I did think of that but was to lazy to pull the wheel off lol. I'm trying out some double stick tape.

The cans are about the size of the bore on the outside of the wheel, they dont make it past where a real cap clips in.

Soooo I just bought one of these

GTSII-S20301-SR-L.jpg

Corbeau GTSII in black suede. Would've gone black/grey leather but that's way to much for me. Driver side only for now since the passenger seat is in great shape but the driver is destroyed.

I'm not sure lol, the dimensions are on their site

I like these since they look like something stock since GPs aren't exactly race cars.

Re: The FWD Cobra

a lot of the bucket seats ive sat in i basically had to wedge myself into it. im not a super big guy, but im no tiny asian either.

Re: The FWD Cobra

02 WS6 T/A seats by far are the most comfortable seats I've sat in, at least ones that wrap around you and give you that warm fuzzy lets go eat a Honda feeling.

I haven't worked that out yet, maybe the stock bracket somehow. I haven't ordered a bracket yet. I wanted to see how this seat looked compared to the stock bracket.

Re: The FWD Cobra

well its gonna look tits either way lol

but i've been wanting some good seats in my car for years. but bracketry has me turned my head away from that direction..

Re: The FWD Cobra

I did a little bit of looking around and it seems you just have to make brackets which is no problem for me, I got access to plenty of stuff at work.

Got the longer studs in...not even close to the correct size. Guess I'll have to dig around in some parts catalogs to find some.
