• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I think I might have sourced a lean issue.<FINALLY> apparently my fuel pump resistor has slowly been giving up and the pump wouldn't pass the torch to the high speed, so I bent the tab on the relay and its running better. I guess its time for a new pump with a resistor.

The resistor is mounted out in the front fender behind the battery.
No need for a new pump.
Just get a Caspers hotwire kit and call it a day.

Kinda. The kit is a self contained power for the pump. It increases the voltage going to the pump making it more stable.
Bending the tab just puts the pump in high pressure mode. It doesn't help the face that the GP's harness sucks.

I think I will jack the schematics and me and my father will make one. We were going to make an inline high speed fan switch asswell

You'll need a 30-40A relay and an inline fuse. The main power supply hooks to the back to the alternator. It also has a resistor bypass that comes with it.

I Would love to get into building them. I built drag/street trucks with my Father but we never did much for off-roading. I was always off in my blazer or in the range rover trying to get it stuck lol

Lol, I think you've mistaken that for a real 1:1 tube buggy.
Its actually a 1:10 scale version of a real rig.
