Take off front license plate holder?

I've been looking and couldn't find anything on 04+, but I have a license plate holder on the front of my 06 GT and I'm wondering how to take that off and fill it in? I haven't really inspected it but just wondering if anyone has done this and what they used..as far as is there clips or bolts and what to fill it with if there's holes or is there a whole section I'd have to buy to put unlike the 97-03s? Thanks
 


It's just holes. Doesn't have a "filler" plate like the 97-03... they just bolt/screw the plate holder right onto the front :(
 
Yeah they're riveted on, I'll just rip it off n go from there! Haha thanks maybe ill get some bumper plugs or find something laying around like em redcompg
