Swine Flu

I agree with most, this is just a media booster, its the flu, man up get over it, yeah having the flu sucks but our bodies natually fight it, and for those who cant there are anti virals, take two nyqil and call me in the morning lol, im a diabetic and have a weak immunesystem alredy, if i get it i get it, take off a few days from work, get my meds and watch the pahtetic ranger season flash before my eyes again on rangers rewind. if it was some un known virus like resident evil that turned people into brain eating zombies then yeah i would say Cause for Worry! but its just da flu, use Thera-Flu ::Smile* Wink::.....now that i think about it i am starting to feel a bit piggish..SQUEAL!!!! OINK!!
 


there is no cures for virus'. There are only vaccines. They try to predict what kind of "seasonal flu" is coming next and give out the vaccines. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Eventually they will issue a vaccine for this and we'll all be sittin cool. This is like a watered down version of the seasonal flu. When does the media EVER report something upbeat? Thats my expertise on that lol. I just got finished with two quarters or biology. OH!! BEFORE I FORGET! ... Resident Evil 5 on 360 is a badass game. The T-Virus would make swine flu look like a little sissy:th_laugh-lol3:

I played it..I didn't like it! But LOVE the movies! And IMO T-Virus or any Zombie movie makes me think that is what people look like when they get rabies! LOL
 
Well... the "epidemic" is RIGHT DEAD CENTER in my neighborhood... Lucky ME... eh?! St Francis Prep... (NYC) is not even 4 miles from my University... and 2 of the families live not even 1 mile away from my residence... I pass the school EVERY DAY on the way to college... and on the way home... It was LITERALLY shut down... CDC took over clean up there... not that they're doing much of anything ANYWAY... hmm... does it mean I'll lock myself indoors as CDC requests me to do and stop kissing the g/f because im scared of a flu... no... but if i do succumb to it... oh well.... I'll have left my mark on the world... (and the pavement) in my Grand Prix. =]

Have you been under a rock? H1N1 isn't what they are talking about, they are talking about swine flu. H1N1 is a "supervirus" that is kind of like avian,swine,and another strand of influenza mixed.
 
H1N1 is the designated "Flu A" term.... there are different types of H1N1... Avian Influenza is a H1N1 substrate...
 
Swine flu is nothing like Bird Flu... just carry the same substrates

There are thousands of different types of E. Coli, which is anaerobic... hence it can multply in our intestines... but the only E. Coli that can live in our intestines is 0157:H7

but influenza and e.coli are completely different... virus vs bacteria

Viruses are much smaller than bacteria and look pretty badass... E. Coli is a bacillus, gram negative bacteria

That is what they are calling it NOW as of TODAY since it is technically not the SWINE FLU. They called this a SWINE FLU due to the way it was contracted down in americas beard.

Because of it being a supervirus which really hasnt killed anyone but mexican nationals and killing far less then what the "normal" flu strain does annually, however thats what it is being refered to now in OUR country.

So again its not SWINE FLU, its a mutation. Now please excuse yourself and go slam your head into a brick wall a few times.

now either of you guys could be right for all i know. I heard the u.s. was concerned about people boycotting u.s. pork and even americans boycotting u.s. pork because it was simply called the "swine flu". I'll call it the weak, watered down, barely existent flu. aka the WWDBE flu.
 


Not sure how an american would justify boycotting US products for something that originated in another country and has only come here due to travel to there or nationals coming here, only death in the us was a mexican kid far away from home.
