swapping trans - where to hoist?

I have 2001 Grand Prix. Forward apply band broke in trans. Swapping with another... I cannot for the life of me figure out where/how to hoist the motor to keep in place while I drop the trans?!?!?

theres two brackets on the corners, hook a chain to each one, from the driver side and the pass side rear corner. near the alt.

There are factory black metal tabs on the front and rear heads you can hook too.Unless someone before you took them off.There bolted at opposing ends of the exhaust manifolds.

dang. they must be gone. i looked long and hard. i removed the alt. stuck a few scratch bolts in and some home made brackets. going to try and leave the front dog bones in and just keep tention on the rear

mine are off and in a box with their bolts. im gonna need them soon lol

Then hook the chain to the exhaust bolts or put bolts into the ends of the heads.

That's all I've ever done.
