Swapping 02 motor into 98 body.

I have an 02 top swapped motor in a car with lots of rust, that id like to swap into a 98 GT car. I figured it was a pretty straightforward swap but I'm not sure if ill run into any problems with the wiring harness or the like. Is this a fairly easy thing to do? Is there anything i should look out for? I've done several motor swaps on friends cars so i feel i have the mechanical aptitude to finish it. Just thought i'd ask before i bought anything.
