• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Swap time soon...do I have everything?

Let me know if I'm missing anything, also I won't be buying an aeroforce just yet I know someone with a tuner that we can use to scan for KR. Were throwing a decent tune on there, and I'm eaither getting a DP/PL or pacesetters, haven't decided yet.

L67 PARTS:

  • Gen III Supercharger
  • TB
  • LIM
  • Balancer
  • Injectors
  • Heads
  • Fuel Rail
  • Vac Lines
  • Map Sensor
  • Idler Pulleys

NEW PARTS:

  • Head Gaskets
  • Head Bolts
  • Intake Manifold Gaskets
  • SC Gaskets
  • Rocker Bolts
  • Valve Cover Gaskets
  • Coolant Elbows
  • 12 Injector O-Rings
  • 2 Sets Of Oil Changes
  • Dexcool Coolant
  • AL 104s
  • 180 T-Stat
  • Fuel Filter

its better to get it done now when you dont NEED the parts than when you need them to drive your car. and realistically its not that hard so long as you take your time and dont gouge anything really bad.

Not much because I found a really good deal on the L76 parts, I got all of those things listed under L67 parts for $300, then somewhere around $250 for all those gaskets and and other misc. things like oil, coolant, sparks, wires, thermo. Now I just need a downpipe, if he can get them off his car in time for the swap I'm buying a DP/PL off a member on here for 180 which is an awesome deal because ZZP charges 190 for just the catted dp.
So recap $550ish for everything, plus the DP/PL.

Only things I see missing are non-parts.

A sealantwith PTFE for the LIM, timing cover and SC idler bolts. (They can all seep w/o the sealant)

Permatex Ultra Copper (tube) RTV for the corners of the LIM gaskets where the head/block meet.

I'd probably go AN fuel lines to keep from mangling the stock plastic ones to meet the different rail.

they actually bend pretty nice to meet up to where they are supposed to go if you twist the head on them a little bit, but you have to make sure that you dont let them sit by the EGR or youll burn right through it like i did. now i dont have an EGR. :D
