Question, would this issue also keep the car from starting?

I've had similar symptoms as described before and now having issues starting, like a short to the starter or something. All of the lights on the panel come on as usual and I doubt it's anything in the battery because as soon as the car cranks, there's no hesitation. Just the random ability to start.
