• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Straight up trade

Ya ik. I'm just having a hard time with getting rid of the daytona. First car, first car i put money and effort into it. It's like giving away my new born and adopting another kid instead lol. I mean, yes, its just a grand prix, but this one is special cause there's none around. That's what I've been told by my dad and my cousin, who hangs around meets/strips ect. He had a 3dp 3.4 gtp back in the day and said he wouldnt even waste his time on mustangs cause his was quicker, but he's a ford fan cause he just bought a new f150 and said to stay away from the 2v's.

I fail to see why everyone hates on the 2V 4.6. I mean, they only put them into MILLIONS of Ford products. Do they have flaws? Sure, but so does the 3800.

On-topic- I'd keep your GP for now and wait until you are a little more "settled" in life before jumping ship to another platform, as has been said. What you don't want is to buy someone else's modded car and find out there are a ton of hidden issues, and having it be your only car would be even worse. Better off starting with a stock one and research then build it the way you want it. Easier to know it's history if you were the one that modded it.

TRUTH! i have a bagged s10 i traded for and now its been sitting with a blow bag for a month haha

i wouldnt get a car like that unless it was in great condition and would be a second car to putz around in. btw, i'm sticking with the gtp lol

Not gonna lie. You would miss a pretty awesome opportunity that doesn't happen very often. That's better than the mustang hands down.

That's pretty sweet... if it was a 6 speed that would seal the deal for me lol

I've decided to keep my stupid fwd sh*tbox grand am. So if anyone wants to hop on that firebird dealy. I suggest you go for it. It sounded like it was mostly pretty well taken care of and kept up on maintinence.

think about that for a second... your car, + he gives you cash??? what kinda downgrade are you taking here?!

I am now thinking about this.

Guy wants my Grand Prix + he will give me some cash.

The down fall, what would I do in the Winter? This isn't a practical winter car.
Lol he offered you cash too? He didnt offer me that but I didnt prod him too much. He said bottom $$ he would take would be $5000. If nothing else man take the deal and use the cash to buy another beater (maybe even a GP) for the winter. Even if the thing needed a good deal of body work it would be worth more than you car.
