Stock vs Aftermarket

Should I stay with the stock torque star rims and run some Nitto 16 in Drag Radials or should I upgrade to some 17 or 18.
I know you can you get Drag Radials in 17 but I don't think you can get them in 18 for our cars.
What's your opinions or what are you currently running?
 


16's are the preferred rim to run for DR's because they are the lightest I believe. Especially the torque stars. I plan on running either Nitto 555R's or Hoosier QTP's on a set of torque stars.
 
Thanks for the input. Maybe when I get some more money I'll buy some 18s and use the 16s just for the track. I love that my car is a total sleeper and I'm hoping that I'll finally be able to get traction in 1st gear.
Speaking of that anybody know if we can install a trans brake in our cars?
