ssm90 kit

so with this kit your suppose to be able to drop a blower on your N/a without changing the heads and a bunch of other stuff and its kinda cheap everything you need for 750 but because you don't change heads the L67 fuel rail wont work and your l36 wont work because you put a supercharger in the way so zzp says you have to buy there 500+ fuel logs which now make this kit stupid expensive and a fire danger cause everyone says zzp fuel rails leak like no other.

So the question is...Is there any other way to setup your fuel system to work on this without spending 500+?

Honestly I'd pass on the ssm90 kit and just get l67 heads and go through with a top swap. It's not terribly hard or just have someone do it for you.

it is cheaper (if you look!) and more efficient to do a regular topswap compared to that zzp kit. there is more work involved however.

I dont see how its more efficient, But Id agree with the rest of the statement. OP: People have used stock rails and cut them to work

The topswap is going to have more power potential and you don't need to worry about what intercoolers/ fuel rails/ belt setups you can run. Once you're there, removing the heads isn't a big deal. Neither manifold is that difficult to remove and the heads themselves are simple.

Our kit, fully optioned runs $1200 for a true top-swap. ZZP's peace mailed together comes to about $1050. For the difference of $150 I'd go for the real thing any day of the week. Plus you can get heads, a blower, etc locally. We also offer an install kit for the people that want to get the big stuff locally and just get the gaskets, tuning, etc from us. Then again, you could skip us altogether! At any rate, topswap over SSm90 any day of the week.

I got the big stuff alreday except for a blower but I picked up a lim and heads I figured i could find a cheap blower locally and use it as a core charge for a zzp ported blower making my total for the zzp ssm90 kit 750 if you dont count what I paid for the big stuff idk I just thought this kit would be easyer and less of a hassal and even if it isnt power crazy the cars already cammed so I would thing that this kit would put me pretty darn close to the limit of the tranny

I am putting an l67 in my car this weekend and my advice would be save yourself the trouble and find a good deal on a genv blower if you already have that stuff. the gen v requires no porting and is ready to go.

Yeah somone on here said they would sell me one but the problem is all the small things that got to be changed with the normal top swap but It looks like it might be my best option
