Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

after carpet and some heavier then hell wiring.

You might not like the cap but it does work really well for a quick disconnect instead of trying to unhook the wires hooked up to that right amp

Turn the box around, so the sub is facing the back of the trunk. It will sound way louder... Looks alright though.

I normally leave that door open so there is nothing in between the cab and the sub. thanks for the thought though

oh i know, ive got 2 12's in the trunk, the sunglass holder etc rattle like no tomorrow sometimes.. its awesome!

your wires are on the wrong side of your amp rack!!! Is't that the whole purpose of an amp rack? To just see the face of the amp's So it looks clean??? Just my 2 cents but what do I know???

You should feel lucky you have your review mirror still, i am unable to keep mine up lol, first time it vibrated off it almost hit me in the head. lol

Btw the car looks really good.

yeah its funny driving and seeing nothing but vibrating cars behind me, lol, the other day a friend of mine said she felt the vibrations 2 cars away in traffic

Subs facing the rear and NEAR the rear of the trunk will be loudest.

And no matter where the subs are in the trunk, they will be louder with the pass through open. Still hate subs in the trunk, takes up space and rattles the trunk too much.

I dont have to much trouble with rattling not that ive "rattle proofed" a little but matt your so right i used to have this sub in the back seat of my picup and it sounded so much better but o well

These cars suck for bass.

two 12's on 600 watts = 121 dB? when in some cars two 8"s on 500 watts with much lower sensitivity ratings = 135 dB?

Ported versus sealed might get you 5-7 dB but not 15+.....

Well consider cabin gain and the fact that you can gain 3-6 dB at a certain frequency by going ported.

It can easily net you 7 dB.... 15+ difference just means the subs in trunk idea just sucks dick.

I have yet to take a meter to my current setup of my 1 kW RMS 18" sub in a 120 L box on ~300 watts RMS. ~90 dB at 2.83 V at 1 meter.
