So after my rebuild I decided to run my stock pulley for the first few hundred miles and also while dialing in the tune.

My question is then when I swap my 3.4 back on now that I added the VS cam should I run AL 104's? What would you all recommend?

I would. I have a Comp Cams camshaft, similar to XP and I run 104's on my 3.4
It was recommended that I do that by everyone I talked to
 
I couldn't remember if I go 605 or 104. I think I go 104 until I drop below a 3.2 right?
 


103's are almost never needed.

104's will work for just about every car.


Or why not do real world testing, which nobody ever does. Buy both sets, installed them and do some pulls and pull all plugs back out. Read the plugs and see what ones are best for you.
