Spark plug and wires

Platinums are a horrible plug for these cars.

The waste spark ignition on these cars burn them up prematurely

So how long would you exspect to last,I've heard pros and con's on platinum and iridiums and definitely don't put copper

you car came with iridium plugs, its what belongs in the engine.

copper are cheaper, dont last as long, but work even better.

Copper > iridium > platinum

If you're keeping stock then use iridium.

Oh ok,somebody had the ac delco double platinums in the se and gtp

I guess it will be ok until next change,so iridiums came from factory?

well that was wrong. ( someone f ed up along the way) i bet it runs better with the right plugs in there.

I can see a big improvement now with the new ones in,idles smoother,both had ac delco 41-921 in them

what happens is most who put plats in find out they have misfires in a short amount of time, who knows, maybe your car likes em lol

there are guys who run and swear by them, but why pay so much extra for plugs?

These were 3.89 a piece,so I guess with time we will see,anything will have to be better than these
