• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Some more top swap questions! Yay!

I cant get the f*ckn crank bolt off. Im so frusterated right now. Other than that just the headers were a real pain theres just no clearance for much of anything. Everything else has been fine

Ok. I was just curious for when I do mine. I'll focus more on those areas when I do mine. What was final torque spec you used for the rockers?

if you cant get it free, finish the top swap, run the one belt, you can drive it fine, hit a shop, ask them to zap it off for ya, snug it back up, go home swap the balancer

get it running, then hit up a garage with a real compressor and air gun is my guess.

are you running out of air pressure fast? some times you need to let the air gun just hammer away for a while. a gun that large is gonna use up air pretty fast id think. if you got a little 30 gal tank, its never gonna cut it.

Well i wanna just start the car now and make sure im not having a catastrophic head gasket leak or something

fire in the hole!!!!!

turn the key to run, then go check your fuel rail for leaks and injectors, no leaks fire it up.

if the o2 is not installed thats a good exhaust leak.

How long would the car have to run before i knew if there was a head gasket leak? Like does the tstat have to open first?
