So the other day I drove one of my friends home he only lives down the street and on the side of his garage his dad had a snow mobile just sitting there in the weeds, so I told him to ask his dad if he wanted to sell it and he said he would. I dont know much about snow mobiles at all they are not that popular around me but I have a friend who builds small engines and he said he would help me out with it. Im getting it for $75 and am not looking to dump alot of money into it just ride it for the winter. He says it ran a couple years ago it has compression and he has a few extra parts for it as well. I dont have any pics right now but Ill try and get some soon. Its a Ski-Doo RV 340, thats about all I know
 


LOl...Dan..you are mean. A couple years back we had six feet of snow and a mobile would have been a blast. Then last year..yeah... not even three days.

To me at the price he's getting it for, he can't lose out. Get it.. toss under $200 into it and ride it this year. Sell and make money.

Hell...My plan is fix my boat ($100 purchase price) and use it next year..then sell. Get a nicer one.
 
Im hoping for alot of snow this year, the other year we had alot and a snow mobile would have been great. To me its worth a gamble to just have fun with it for when it actually does snow lol
 
if you're daring you can put skis with wheels on them on the sled and switch out to a non paddled track and ride it anytime you want.

however, the cops don't like that.

pull the motor bore it out put a new pipe on it reeds,clutch, nitrous and put wheel ski on it with a radiator ditch the heat exchanger in the tunnel make it a drag sled
 


um yeah its pretty quick for a 600 i can keep up and i have beaten the fastest snowmobile in 01 in a quarter mile. but the 01 has crazy top end being a triple mine is only a twin so its got that quick acceleration. the speedo says 110 is my top speed but that isnt accurate
