I got the gf purple plasti dip for Xmas and the crap looks like a darkish pink. Can't return it now. Let me know how the orange one looks

Was about to rage, plugged in my DA after getting the new backing plate on and I'd turn it on and it smelled like toasty electronics but it worked then slowly started to slow down in speed. Turned it off and on twice and hit it, smell went away and now it works fine. No idea what the problem was lol.

It worked fine the day I bought it lol, wonder if its just from sitting in the garage and dust on the motor brushes or something

Comeing along nicely, got everything cleaned. Pump should be here tomorrow. I must say for running green and dex and any color that the pump looked surprisingly good along with what i could see in the coolant passages

Kyle, just so you know manufacturers moved away from the green antifreeze because it's not good for aluminum. You water pump is aluminum. I would try a 5 year coolant of your choice.

They moved away from green because red and orange causes way more damage when not used properly, so guess who wins. Green coolant FTW.
