Rockers are gone, thinking of replacing them and getting the bubbles/rust fixed up, Id like the car to last atleast another 3 years, better then starting payments for a car that only travels back and forth to work. 2.5'' downpipe hv3 and tune got me 15.6@89mph in the qtr so 1 second quicker then what your time is in your sig.

Well the time in my sig isn't accurate at all, its what torque said i ran which is probably way inaccurate.

Ya thought it was slow lol. Should be atleast 16 seconds.
I coulda squeezed in a better time myself being my first time at the track and did only 4 passes. Each pass i was getting quicker.

Random Pix after messing with the retros once again. I ordered some housing caps as to try to seal the back of the projector from the elements gonna see how that works. Also learned because of my cars driver side headlight NOT fitting correctly for some reason it has the projector rotation all fcked up on that side. Its not too bad but not much I can do.

This is all I have right now I have more posted up in the thread, the left side flares up really bad either from the projector bowing or rotation being off or because of my housing being crooked. Plus the stupid retaining clip keeps sliding and making the bulb loose so it jiggles the cutoff over bumps. I'm trying to get TRS RMA them because the alignment on the bulbs is wayyy off.

Yeah definitely talk to TRS, that does not look right. But at the same time it's not terrible. Better than stock junk.

Yeah, even for H1 Minis I'm in love. But now I aquire more.....

I wish these housings weren't so small. But I shouldn't complain after being how small the Bonnie housing is lol.

Yeah, I barely fit the MD2S's into the Bonne. It was such a struggle but holy **** the width compared to MH1s…

Honestly though, the MH1s are plenty for most. I had MH1s for almost a year and half was very satisfied with them. I just wanted to be different with the square lenses. Hahaha

Yeah I got XB35 5500k bulbs and plan on XB35 ballasts so I can literally get the most out of the minis. My VVME ones seem to be under powering the bulbs a little.

I'm selling my old lights for 35, which I wasn't going to do because I was going to try my own retro. But they will be helping out a friend with the horrid spec d lights that are held in with zip ties. So all is well. I still have my cloudy OEM housings I might take a crack at and see what I can do but grandma wont let me use her oven so I'd need a heat gun.

When I switched from normal 5000k Morimoto H1s to the XB35s bulbs in 4300k I noticed a huge difference in light output. So you should be happy with those.

Make sure you stick with 35 watt ballasts though. The internals of the MH1s don't like 55 watts.

Yeah I saw many horror pictures of melted lense holders, melted shrouds, destroyed bowls. With the foreground on them now I would never want 55w in them. If anything I'd add a FG limiter.

TRS got back to me, they agreed sending the bulbs back is what I should do if i wanted. Bad part is my old housings are being sold Saturday, and my stockers are not at this house. So if I need to send the bulbs back first I'm kinda screwed.

Just wait, there's no rush. The TRS guys are pretty cool too, and probably won't mind waiting.

This is the reason why I never sell stock parts 99% of the time.

You never know when you're going to need something.

Too bad I didn't have the GXP up and running yet, or I'd send you the stock headlights from the green car, they're in pretty damn good shape shockingly.

Yeah I usually keep everything, like stock airbox, tails, radio ect. The one time I don't and here I am. My grandpa complains to me about it all the time because its taking up room in his garage he isn't even using.

Maybe I can work something out with TRS, with them sending the bulbs and then I sending mine back, being I got them from Dylan I don't even have the plastic holder for shipping bulbs. I'll know in a few days whats gonna happen.

Work at 4am everyday but Sunday. Kinda can't avoids the night driving lol. Ebay bulbs are my last resort.
