You're not the only one who wants it but I'm keeping it for myself for the time being, for now I'm going to try to avoid shipping heavy/larger things if possible because seems like a bit of a hassle getting boxes and packaging things

Washed it by that I mean just blasted it with high pressure soap no hand washing this time, just in time for 6-9 inches of snow also.

Looks darn good but that chicken wire needs to be black IMO. Tried pics on my tablet the other day and I think my 5 year old phone does better. Hosing off periodically does help keep the look less nasty in winter. Maintainence wash I call it, when I don't care but the dirt is bad for the car.

I might change colors, I have a friend that can powercoat and he offered to do em because the lowers are rusting because I never got around to taking them off before salt started flying.

Well I sold the heads off the motor (yes I should have kept them), oil pan, rods, basically made my money back plus $120. So I'm keeping the rest of the top swap stuff. Suppose it'll happen this year. Plans are so far

SD Headers
Stock pulley (for now)
Gen V
Conservative tune (I don't trust my trans even tho it works fine)

Then some other stuff, heads will be l67s and be cleaned up (no porting) and I'll throw l76 springs on them (to replace worn stocks and possible 1.9s if I find a deal). Going to put an IAT in the LIM, plug the coolant ports in the LIM.

Right now I'm trying to half a$$ "polish" (I just want it shinyish) the blower if it starts looking like doodoo then it's getting painted black, I had bought some 3M bristle discs 50 green and white 120 grit to clean off gasket surfaces and just any other stuff I might work on down the road a 50 and 120 grit so far it's working OK enough to clean up the blower, I need to really use something more aggressive to smooth it out first. I don't know why but the bolts holding the pcv, vac tree, and bypass actuator are super tight trying to take them out so I stopped trying because I don't want to break anything.

As of now the valve covers and crankshaft are pending. If those go through that's about another 150 to fund stuff.

I've stickied so many posts and wrote down a bunch of little stuff I might need to worry about during the swap like fuel lines, map, evap, vac lines, and maybe so others.

Pics of the blower, just a small spot. warms up next week then I'll really work on it and break out the crap ton of sandpaper my grandpa is hoarding. I know I'm probably doing it all wrong. I'm sure Junk will come tell me how I'm a noob :P

if you think the blower is work, dont even bother thinking about porting heads, theres no stopping once you start that deal.

I see it now, looks pretty good. I might have to just wire wheel it see if I like it then. Thing is my compressor is too small to run a die grinder a lot. I'll have to pickup a wire wheel for the angle grinder and do that.

got a high speed corded drill? 6500 rpm will do the job just fine.

wear googles or glasses, wire wheels are known to throw wire at you.

Yeah I've took a wire to the eyelid and about shat myself. Learned the hard way to wear safety stuff after that.

we dont have any high speed ones, just some big ass 1/2" 2/3hp one my grandpa calls the wrist snapper lol

Then another one older than me that works sometimes haha
