I think the OP should tell us what he has done lately for maintence and repairs. Like plugs, wires, sensors etc etc etc.

Maybe its got a huge vacuum leak along with a misfire, or a motor mount is smashed the **** up and now he is feeling everything.
 


Never heard of a car idling rough so bad it needed seafoam to fix it. Could be a misfire, vac leak, damn just about a lot of different things. Just because there's no light doesn't mean it didn't throw a code.

How is it when you drive? Does it smooth out? Does it only do it at idle?

When's the last time you did plugs/wires/o2, any maintenance at all on it?

You need to give us more info to help you out.

Read the above posts, and tell us all what has been done maintenance wise lately.

At least start by checking for Vac leaks. Grab a can of carb cleaner and go to town on all vacuum lines. If the RPMs spike, well, then there's a vac leak.
