Anyone know anything about these from RockAuto?

I'm replacing the passenger doors and the fender and when I took off the rocker panel molding, some of the metal under the bracket crumpled like a saltine cracker. I suppose I need to replace the rocker panels, so I was looking over at rockauto's site and I saw these, wondered if anyone knew anything about them.

one proablem with slip on. the metal is still rusting under them. you need to netralize all rust and at that point why not just weld on new rockers?

make sure the inner rockers are still there though before you get to far into it. the inner rockers being gone is what doomed my GTX as it started folding in on it's self and became the banana prix

You're saying that slip on rockers from rockauto don't sound legit? Hm. I thought they were a pretty reputable company.

Exactly why I've been giving Spartan hell about painting his car with the rocker moulding on! Even with all the money he's got in that car if its not done right whats the point? I seen his wet paint pics and the lower rocker trim is off but the trim is still on the bottom of the door. Now why half way do a job like that?
Maybe I'm too fussy which is exactly why my own sh1t never gets done either!

here is my old GTX (ignore the GTP badges it was in a front end accident and converted back into a GTP when a SLP hood could not be found)

the plastic moulding literlay just fell off the car and the inner rocker the actualy support of the car was like a cracker i could grab the carpet form under the car and pull on it. the driver side was just as bad

here is how it looed just 3 months before

i had mine done 4 months ago......had them cut off and replaced them for 70.00 a set.....about 300.00 labor.....chances are they're crumbly by the floor....new ones will give it strength...i've seen a few that actually weakened the car to the point some doors will stick

I keep going back and forth with weather or not to fix my rockers or just find one in better shape. I'm not sure what to do now :S
