right front tire is stuck

2005 grand prix. i thought i broke my inner tie rod end. my front right tire was stuck out. now i can shake the Ireland everything moves. includincluding the sturt tower. now is my rack gone or do i need a bushing ?

Maybe the whole knuckle broke?

If you broke the inner tierod then you will be able to move the passenger tire independently from the driverside. Take pics and post them and we'll be able to tell you what's broke.
