replaced head gasket and now im stumped !

hello im new here ,but figured i would see if anybody could help me . I have a 02 grand prix with the 3.1 im it ,and it blew a head gasket early this week ! well i bought the head set ,and tore it down . took the head to be checked cleaned and surfaced . it was fine . so i put it all back together following all tourque specs and what not . When i was done the car fired rite up ,but has a terible miss to it ! i double checked all my plug wires and they are correct i have new plugs . i went back and double checked all my wires and it dont appear that i missed any of them . so do any of you guys have an idea ?
 


Scan for codes.

The engine has an audible/visual miss? Um, maybe make sure the wires all go to the right spot. Make sure injectors are all plugged in.
 
im going to hook scanner to it in the morning and yes you can hear and see the miss i did double check all the wires goin to do that once more also . im not sure about the injectors though have not double checked them yet . another thing i for got to mention it has this really really bad stink bomb smell now that it didnt have before . you no like rotten eggs , when i started it inside the shop it made my eyes water in a matter of seconds 1 it wasnt doing that before i no for a fact . when i was checking for the haed gasket i ran it for awile in the shop and there was no smell like that
 
rotten egg smell is a bad catalytic converter I believe. Might wanna check it out, if it's clogged it could cause a misfire
