97 vac lines should be like this.

or you can cap off the vac tree on the blower and do it the 98 up way.

Yeah i know what your talking about, that one is routed from a tee at the throttle body to the boost by pass under the valve which. Ill out line it for you guys

its not how it should be, make it right.

delete that t off the evap line on the TB, then hook the bbv to the vac tree on the blower. or t it to the frp then the snout to map.

I feel that needs to be coming from the lim so it can read boost...the thr tb wont have boost presure and is for the evap...need to route it correctly.

Oh okay, so heres how i have it, theres a ghetto t at the throttle body, one goes to the tranny vac modulator the other goes to the by pass solenoid, then at the evap purge. That one goes to the top tree as this supercharger doesnt have the other one toward the by pass solenoid. On the top tree one goes to the brake booster, one goes to the evap canister. The at the fpr, it goes to a t at the lim and then to the map sensor.

well, thats wrong. do it like the diagrams posted. i bet your issue goes away when its hooked up right. the tb dont have the same vacuum. hell its not the same at all, its sucking in gas fumes, the lim is pure vacuum.

I see a few things that are more house keeping, but might yield some results as well.

1. Loose things clanking on the engine may get picked up as knock and yank timing. Please bolt the map sensor bracket to the SC just under the fuel rail where it belongs.
2. Fix the vacuum routing
3. Look at your fuel lines, I have not had the same luck rerouting them w/o kinking like others have. I often change them to keep from having kinks.

What are all the extra wires that are running from the radiator support area to the engine? Looks like a lot of extras

where is the fat hose with the T plumbed into the lim? thats 100% all wrong too. take all your vac lines off and start over, if your using any stock rubber T's toss them in the trash if they slide on to easy or have a crack in them.

that line from the firewall is your hvac vac control line. it goes directly to the tree a top the supercharger by its self.

new vac line is cheap, busk a foot if not less, the best T's ive found local were from advance auto, 2 pack for two bucks. as seen in my pic i posted. they are nice and small.

take that map or evap bracket and bolt it back on the sc too. re mount the sensors back there.

and i dont see a the vac tree on the blower, so use the 98 up routing diagram. its should be on the flat spot by the bbv. so thats a 98 or newr blower you got. and that makes you run 98 routing.

in this pic labeled @2, thats a vac tree on the blower, you dont have one.

The way i have it routed is the way gojo told me, the wires by the radiator is the one for the boost solenoid

well hes wrong, or you miss under stood him, listen to us for once and redo the vac lines. trust me its all wrong. well a good 3/4 wrong easy.

and whats that bracket stuck through the rear pull mount where the o2 wires are clipped to? or has that been bolted on already? thats for the evap or map. one of em.

And i did what you guys said i re did all the vacuum hosing, now the wau i have it is the evap canister purge goes to the throttle body as well as the tranny vac line. Then i have the bbv solenoid going to the fpr to the lim to the map at the top tree it goes to the the bbv, then to my accessories, and then to the brake booster.
