regal top swapped problems

trans line needs be on the lim. not the tb, that wont work. only thing on the tb is the evap. nothing more.

being you have a 98 or up blower there, id put another t in the line from the bbv solenoid, to the frp.

What are the fuel trims reading? Sounds like a vac leak still somewhere imo

Also did you check.the pcv valve in the used sc? Make sure its there and also working?

Then why does the to trans say to go to the throttle body? And another tee?


because on a 97 blower is on the blower vac tree, not the TB thats why i reposted a 97 diagram to show you where the tranny line belongs,

being thats not a 97 blower it needs another source, so cut the vac line between the bbv solenoid and FPR and run a t to the trans.
 
Ok then can you put the vac lines in order and connecting to what so i can just do it the way you want it so that way we dont go back and forth lol

I found a damn vacuum port on the other side of the bbv solenoid . My god what does that go to? Theres one that goes to the actuator but above that.
 
that port is ok, it used to have a foam filter on it thats long gone like most of them. its the port with a metal clip on it. its find as is.


sorry my mom had a stroke a while back i go to visit her nightly.

but heres my vac lines from the bbv solenoid, to the fpr, the under the snout, the other side from under the snout goes to the map.

id cut a t for the tranny in the middle of the line from the fpr and bbv solenoid.

Well good itll be nice to have her home then. Hope recovery goes well its hard to adjust after one i watched my grampa.go through it, you have no clue how relieved i am with the problem. My cars running great minus the tranny shifting a bit hard when going into 2nd gear under wot but i can fix that easily with addidtives and removing some fluid. Other than that it runs actually like its supposed to. And tonight installed a dummy led for theft deterrent the things really bright
 
Also i would like to thank all of you for putting in your .02 on my situation. I probably will have problems down the road but i will handle those later. Again thank you all i appreciate the patience eith this long ongoing problem especially you scotty. Though we had our disagreements you helped me alot. Im sorry for ever mis judging you and making things worse than they were.
