Recent Header Group Buy

ohh mine are done.... i got mine in... but i will tell u right now to send urs back.. it took me 3 hours of mock fitting,cutting and welding to get it just right....see the front header where the 3 pipes meet...that needs to be angled up about 3 inches to make it over the trans... what i did was welded 3 inches of pipe on it to shoot it up and overthe trans...then on the cross over part i weld another pipe on it with a hook shapped bend to make it go over the trans and under my air intake...and i had to use a buddys pipe bender to bend the pipe a hair to move around the trans dip stick... i almost weld the y collector FIRST to the back mani..then put the back mani in..then the cross over to the y pipe... then the put on the front mani..its ALOT easier to get to the back side if u undo the 2 front motor mounts..and put a piece of wood on a jack and jack up the back side of ur trans to tilt/ push ur engine forwards....if you want send me ur headers and ill weld the pieces they need on ur front mani and ur downpipe... i still have my mock ups..let me know...but i wont pay for shipping to u

Might just meet you. How are they after you installed them? Pics would be awesome when you get a chance. If I can modify them to work with some help might be worth the 180 bucks still. Did you wrap yours?
 
i wrapped everything but the front mani fold cuz i was to lazy to wrap it cuz all the pipes are close together...but i ended up unwrapping my cross over cuz i had to mod it and mock it up so i just took it off..but yes i did wrap it... i used the stock gaskets..which i plan on replacing here soon cuz i total forgot to grab them out my other car after i had my stock mani off..so i just re used it... i will make u a sweet deal tho...pm me and here are the photos..its ugly but it works with NO LEAKS
 
in the 2 photo u can see how it goes under the air intake and over the trans by a good 2-3 inches..that is the main prob is the headers they gave us run into the trans..like the trans is in the way so it wont let u connect the pieces...the photos make it look like cake but i swear it was hell..but ya i got my mock up angles and designs if need be
 


yea i was confused...but i understand u now...so about this hood i got stiffed on...found another buyer but he wants 600 plus shippin

Killa, you should sell dna your mock-up designs so they can fix these pieces of crap lol. If they will pay for return shipping I MIGHT be willing to wait for them to get the ssac KO's back and exchange these...
