This thread is about my new car. I am attempting to push the limits of an M90 build. I would like to get as close to an 11 flat as I can with weight reduction & traction.
The engine block is being rebuilt to handle the stress of the build while still allowing daily driving if needed.

100% balanced rotating assembly
Micro polished crank
Hastings piston rings

Oil pressure kit

The heads

130# springs,

Milled .020
Painted with high temp engine enamel
Roll Master double roller timing chain

The body

Custom tie rod setup
Poly swaybar bushings

Fully adjustable trailing arms
Spare tire space removed from trunk

Other mods.

Going to be on e85 I'm assuming like the last car and given your results with the last project def looking forward to seeing what happens with this one!
I've always like the idea of the is3 cam with e85 and no ic!

Looks like fun now do mine lol

Lol this is a LOT! I don't think I'd do mine again.

Thank you. & Yes sir for e85 and I might intercool again if funds allow. I think I should make some good numbers with this combo. The heads should really set it apart.

Y u no 5 angle?

Regardless...sounds like fun.

I'd rather do a meatier custom grind though more tailored towards your setup...but IS3 + 1.7's? Gonna be quite the thumper.

*can't wait for vidzzzz*

So your using L32 pistons and rods? Your planning on doing a low compression setup? Cant wait to see this thing running, Im building an engine myself and plan on using the IS3 blower cam as well.

Yep! Lowering compression, & Revving the dog sh*t out of it

Question: How much did it cost for you to 100% balance your rotating assembly??

$300 At Thorsen's Racing engines. Got quoted 6-700 at a couple other places

Rotating assembly finally finished. Still waiting for my cam to be finished getting reground. Assembled the bottom nternals today. Torqued verything down and checked the oil clearences. Landed right at 1.9... perfect!
Ran out of red paint, so the heads are gonna have to be Chevrolet Orange. Still gotta clean up some overspray on the no& bolts.

Yea man i subscribed to you awhile ago. This is good work and im sure its gonna be crazy fast and sound nasty once you get it going. Keep up the good work

Good work man.

Awesome build.

Cant wait to see it running.

Maybe you should of bought some more red paint for the heads, do it right the first time you know? Just a suggestion.

Vids kick ass guy! Obviously not one to just bang away at a keyboard. As most of us have seen the 1st car moved pretty damn well you know your settiing the expectations up another notch. Keep up the excellent work and everyone in the community I believe can take some notes.
Thanks Vet
