hey everyone, wanted to know what you guys think could be the issues of these problems. my car has been daily driven but it sits outside and winter has been nasty this year. its an 05 base grand prix
first of all, i dont think my car has really had heat all winter. it warms up just a little bit but i can leave it running for 20 plus minutes and cant get my car HOT or even really WARM at first i thought it was because i put in a cold air intake over the summer, however i dont believe it should still be this cold.
second, my blower belt squeaks when i turn up the blowing especially when its really cold
third, my power steering has gone out on me 3 times while driving itll work than just be gone. once i didnt have acceleration either.
fourth, another thing to note is at times when my car is idling the blowing isnt as hard but when i accelerate it blows harder
fifth, today the INSIDE of my windshield was completely frosted over after sitting at school all day. about a month ago we had a leak "fixed" i think they just filled the area with silicone and it was causing my dome light area to be wet after hard rain (i guessed it was the seal on the antenna) but i havent had a problem since. but obviously some kind of moisture has gotten inside
sixth, i noticed about a 2 inch crack on my dash has appeared the other day, dont think theres much to fix here but still thought id add it to the list
car is sitting at the shop as i write this waiting for inspection tomorrow
any thoughts, suggestions, advice?
