Had my doctors appt today. It went well I guess..the nurse and I had a long talk about education and career and such. Then the doc came in and did her exam said everything was normal. I'm like then why do I still have problems? She said continue treatment and if not she would send me to a surgeon I was like oh yayy thanks a lot.
So yep. That's my day. Annnd I work every single day this week. I have a paper due and most of a book to read. Something ain't gettin done this week

its not like he could beat the kid, then he would be fired, a 4 foot 2" kid with no fear is not a good thing, and hes a frigging liar on top of it all. 3 assaults in one afternoon. hes a future inmate at rikers island for sure. aka jail in NY

If he got fired, he'd sue and the school would settle all the same regardless. And get unemployment while he did it. Though I guess he's getting disability now. Regardless, one of these paths involves never getting laid for the rest of his life.

you cant punch out a 4 foot kid and come out on top. not in NY. this kid had a history it seems, and was let loose, the gym teacher may have let the kid un load on him, just for the pay day ahead.
but lets face it, if he hit the kid at all, (even tho the kids was kicking him) he would be finished for good. like jail time and all.
hes suing the school any ways, broke his ankle lol what a kick that kids got lol

In about 5-10 years when the kid has killed someone the parents will probably be on the news asking what they did wrong. I will laugh, and feel for the kid. When I acted out I got my butt busted at school and then they called my grandma (teacher at the school) she whooped me when I got home with her after school, and then my mother picked me up from her house and I got told on and got a 3rd when I finally got home.
If this disciplinary act was still around, more kids would be stand up people in and around normal society.

I had the real discipline. However I know people that don't hit their kids and the kids are great. There is discipline, it's consistent and there are consequences for all actions...good and bad. To me it seems like most kids can be good with consistent discipline whether they are beaten or not.

Bill when we were kids parents were allowed to beat the tar out of their kids. today the kids just call a 1-900 number and have you tossed in jail.
we had a paddle, that broke over my brother ass, that was a great day! the good old belt, and dear old mom busted hand fulls of wood spoons on our heads. sent to bed with out dinner, the best was waiting for half time for a beating. the game was more important i guess. my parents ruled......NOT.
my mother says we were bad kids, but in reality kids are kids, bad parenting is where it all starts.
