Currently 109 degreas here in st Louis and and and the best part. 1400 ppl without electricity till est 1130 pm. This sucks

yeah i took 1 pill so far, looks like its 37.5mg tramadol 325mg acetaminophen.

it still kinda hurts a little, less acute, more of a dull pain.. I'm thinking once i get more into my system.

had to sleep tho, i hanvt slept well lately, lack of energy from no foods.

What a day. Worked 11 hours in this nutty heat, saw a Ferrari on the way home, then saw a horrible car accident minutes after it happened. Two rollovers and at least one ejection

acetaminophen is s.h.i.t. its whats in Tylenol and is so bad for your liver in large doses.

i actually had this happen to me, and no longer take anything with
Acetaminophen in it.

not that this will happen, just dont over do it, or add tylonal to your pain killing methods while using what you just got from the [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Dr[/FONT].​

Acetomenophin is usually paired with opiates though to make good pain killers. This is why you are only supposed to take one at a time.

When I take any pain killers (OTC stuff) I mix it up. I might take naproxen sodium (Aleve) and if still in pain later take some ibuprofen. Other times I might take acetomenophin.

Opiates don't do jack sh!t to me. I was given Vicoden and had no effect whatsoever. Given Loritab, basically the same thing, no effect. That is still sitting in my medicine cabinet.

yeah, i know its tylenol, i NEVER take tylenol unless its already in my pharmaceuticals lol

Advil is my baby, thankfully she said i can mix the 600mg ib's with these.

Pus she gave me her email address, if these are not working she will give me something stronger. course these were $30 for 40tabs.

I am here :D I will always return. But no, I wasn't here last night or this morning because...well I haz story.

So at 9pm last night a friend of mine came over to the house to stay the night. Well I still had a little unpacking and cleaning to do so he helped me finish all of that. Well I made a pile of things that belonged to my uncle that needed to be stored in the attic. Soooo up we go. I'm 115lb he's 150. Annd we're both as clumsy as it gets. So up we go in this attic, I guess he forgot it was a duplex and there's another door...well he walked right on top of the door and fell through it into my neighbor's house on the other side of the duplex. I'm down there like...are you okay? He didn't respond. I thought oh ****... all of a sudden I hear "I fell into someone's house."
My thoughts are omg he just damaged the ceiling. So I run next door and find that he only fell through the door and broke the latch, no big deal... But poor thing, he was cut and bruised up pretty bad, lucky he didn't break something.
So yeah, that's my cool story bro. Needless to say after that we watched a movie and chilled.

Oh, and this is me once I realized he was okay = ROFLMAO

Lol yeah it was hilarious! I laughed the whole way in. my neighbor he was just like wtf o_0 and I'm ballin laughing. So I went and formally apologized today for it. He seems to like me so that's what matters, I don't want him to let somebody break into my house.

My poor friend lol he's worse than I am. He's VERY free spirited just la la la I go with the wind kinda guy. So he's like ooops fell through the roof :p

Last day of work. Got a call on my drive in regarding a six figure salary with benefits and monster vacation time. Not figuring it will pan out, but you never know.
