I went to Dominoes website and the site looked like poop.
I was like F that! Went to Pizza Huts site, and it looked legit.

Summary: If you want to be legit make sure your **** looks straight.

I've had people straight up argue with me when they call and want to talk to this Daniel person...Well that's me, DanielLE. No, I want to talk to Daniel...THERE IS NO DANIEL THAT WORKS HERE. I'm a chick, its Danielle, I know my stuff. So your stuck with me. Now get off your idea that because I'm a chick I can't possibly know anything about what I do on a daily basis.

I have stupid people call me too. For some reason people can't figure out our phone system at work. I don't know what is so hard about it. When you call you get an automated message that says "If you know the person's extension that you are trying to reach, please dial it now"

Then it goes on to say "If you'd like to reach so and so in Production dial XXX, if you'd like to reach so and so in Operations please dial XXX" and so on and so forth. On more than one occasion my extension has rang and when I answer the person on the other end is like, "Oh, I was trying to reach Dan."

Well if you were trying to reach Dan why did you call Brian you dumbass? Our extensions are completely different. Sure I can transfer you, or page Dan, but if you used common sense you would have gotten Dan's extension the first time.

Not only that, but people can't seem to figure out who to reach. I have been handling the Logistics end of things for several months now and I will sometimes have trucking companies call to make/confirm appointments for pickups. I'll get an email saying, so and so is trying to reach you and can't get an answer. My phone number and my extension is in my email signature. How much easier can I make it people?

Danielle your posts are entertaining to read :p but I am sorry about your friend. This is like the second or third funeral you've had to attend here recently isn't it?

I seen "Dark Shadows" with Jasmine tonight at the movies, it was a great movie we had a good time. We did it just like the old days, she brought her big ole purse and we went to mcdonalds and loaded down on the $1 menu and had us a nice meal in the movie theater lol. Likeabauce.
Think I'm gonna take my car to get an alignment tomorrow, I can tell it's pretty jacked up. $75 for a 4 wheel alignment. And the shop asked me "is it a stock car?" and that made me so happy. That's a good sign that they're willing to pay attention to detail. I hope they do a good job. After all I am driving 27 miles to the place...can't trust these fools in Memphis y'all. Gotta drive outside city limits lol

On another note, I'm getting extremely irritated by my feet itching so much at work. I think there's just tiny bits of hair on the tongue of my shoes, so no matter how much brushing and scratching and adjusting I do to my socks, they're gonna itch. Hair jobs suck haha. But at least I'm not sweeping bread crumbs around anymore

Tire shop I went to for rubber and alignment was pretty awesome. 2nd lowest price on tires around (by $2), a $60 alignment with a $25 off coupon (saving me $23 (or a case of beer) total over competitor). Guy working on it brought me back into the bay twice to show me what he was doing, which is unheard of. He could apparently tell that I usually do my own work, which makes him psychic - think his Ice T ponytail lent him power. Wanted to show me what the wheel bearing that's been going bad for two years and got pretty wooooobly in the past few weeks needed replacement, and that the suspension was so off that he will have to slot one of the struts.

Last tire shop I went to for an alignment never could figure out how to set my steer ahead properly. It's not that frikken hard! And then they were all rude and belittled me by asking me if I knew what camber was. No I just replaced all these pieces by myself and brought it to the shop because a little fairy told me it's a good idea...

So yeah, I'm going to an alignment only shop...Monday I guess. Gotta work early today :(
 
I can only deal with so many stupid people in one day. I have already met my quota for the next month. So grab a number and stand in line.

Just got home from a full day of NHRA Summer Nationals. Love being in the nitro pits. Came home loaded with rubber and smelling like nitro, and redder than a lobster. Damn good day.

Was best man at my buddies wedding today and got to sit in a delorian. Bridesmaids got super wasted and one hit on me in front of my wife and told me to call her. Another was doing keg stands in a super short dress and her titties fell out and she didn't even notice lol. it was a good day lol
