• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

20 year old intern doesn't know who James Earl Jones is. Has vaguest notion of what Field of Dreams and Sandlot are.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Thank you. This is for sure gonna be the last one but of course I said that after the last kid so that's why i'm getting "fixed" lol

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Congrats!

I got a buddy who got snipped not long ago, says its not that painful, really awkward tho lol

My boyfriends bother and his wife just had number 4. 3 girls and the last one was finally a boy. Now hes getting fixed.
What I don't understand is why she couldn't have gotten hers tied while she was already in the hospital having the baby. But what do I know

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

I had a buddy who got snipped, and said it was no big deal. In and out kinda deal. KEHEE!
HA. well we just talked about this today in my development class, and it is indeed an in-office procedure that's uncomfortable at worst. They do one of a few things: they can snip ya and then burn the tissue and create scar tissue which blocks the flow of sperm. or they can insert little plugs into the tube so that in the event a male re-marry or for some other reason decide they want their soldiers to march again, it can be reversed. and of course the old school way they can tie them.
and it doesn't affect testosterone at all, it still gets released into the blood stream regardless of the procedure, so it in no way emasculates ya.

Now hes getting fixed.
What I don't understand is why she couldn't have gotten hers tied while she was already in the hospital having the baby. But what do I know
and to further this, for a female to get her tubes tied, it is considered a major abdominal surgery, whereas the males can have an in-office procedure and have the option of reversing it fairly easily.

i iz learning! :D
