rule one is do what the cop says.

should she of ID'ed her self and not pulled away, im sure they would have listened to her side, but once you ask why 3 times.....3 times lol thats failure to comply, then she clearly pulled away from the cop. and got put on the ground. thats how it works here too.

everything after the cuffs was pure BS in my opinion. she asked for the cuffs tho if you ask me. and she dont know her rights, if she did she would have just handed over her ID.

once a cop approaches you, and asks for id, you do as your told or asked. no questions asked. they dont tell you why they want your id before hand for a reason. nor do they have to explain a thing to you till they want to, thats why its called an investigation. they always get the callers side first, then your side after.

unless your in texas lol ive seen vids of people not id'ing them selves before knowing why. and they got away with it. rules are different from state to state.

That arrest vid is crazy, I do believe a shine needs to be cut. I agree she may not have had the right to say no to ID or get answers first, but they went to extremes. And the babies in the car, come on. Be human. And I thought if they didn't mirandize you, it was automatically dismissed?

But anywho, today I had a "surprise audit" and passed, wheee! And if you go to church on sunday go ahead and slide a prayer up to the Lord for Brandon to get this better position at work. :)
 
just because your cuffed dont mean your arrested. its called detained. till they figure out wtf is going on, or for officer safety if there are to many people for one cop to deal with.

i still hate cops. lol these 3 were a bit over every line of being pure assholes.

i dont pray, but ill wish some luck falls your way. same thing really....:cool:
