So, i'm officially getting my car tonight. Bought the sum***** 4 days ago. The sales lady will be delivering it to me at work :) I had a coworker give me a ride to work so I wouldn't be stuck with two cars at work.

I am toooooo excited. The next 3 1/2 hours at work are gonna suuuuuckkkkkkk

So today finally had a really good day at my new branch. Got thrown in drive thru having never done it before and I winged the **** out of it. And my mgr goes "you passed the big test!" I was like oh hallelujah. After that she was being really nice to me and even challenged me to a biscuit contest. Needless to say I am now making 2 dozen biscuits Friday morning.

are the biscuits in bed or the kicthen? and congrats brandon

The countdown began this morning as soon as I got a call from her. But it took a couple hours of phone tag before we had a chance to set up a time to meet. All I have to do is giver her a ride back to the dealership and the car's mine. Already filled out/ signed all paperwork.

This happened down in Florida yesterday. The girls are from Huntington, a town over from me. The lady I work with, her daughter is friends with the girls.
Talk about a freak accident.

(sorry for the language and sound)

The rope broke during a severe wind gust, took the girls for a life changing ride. They hit the 1st condo, then 2 2nd, then into some power lines, a palm tree, all before the wind took them one more time and landed on a car. One article I read the lady was describing how they could hear the girls screaming helplessly until they hit the 1st condo and then the screams stopped. Last I heard they are both still alive, obviously in critical/severe condition.

I lost a close friend of mine yesterday. He was one of the most genuine and selfless people I knew. He fought a hard battle with drugs, and unfortunately lost. So young, only 21.

It's insane how you can see someone and just a few days later they are gone forever.

I'm still in a state of disbelief, I don't know what to do or say.

Rest in paradise, JD. We love and miss you.

Thank you for your kind words, they are appreciated. I'm also sorry to hear about your friend from when you were young.

And unfortunately, I am at work. It's been a very difficult day to say the least.
