Well, I pulled the trigger on a new (used) car. 2007 Lexus ES350. Black with gray leather, ac & heated seats, nav, back up camera, front and rear parking sensors, push button start and anything else you can imagine. 91k miles with a 3yr/36000 mile warranty.

Wont take delivery until Monday or Tuesday. It needs the passenger mirror fixed to pass inspection, and it needs detailed.

I got the employee discount and full treatment because my aunt is the comptroller at the Lexus dealership.

Yeah 3.5 v6, 6 speed auto. Rated at 272hp.

I would never have gotten a Lexus had my aunt not been able to get me such a great deal. 3500 off asking price, no negotiations. Also got the warranty and gap coverage at the employee price. 6.15% financing, not bad for my first financed car.
 


Have them do the oil changes too, save you the mess lol. You'd have to buy the toyota oil filter cup do it.

They have those catridge filters and take like 6.4 quarts of oil.
 
They offered me the maintenance program, but I declined. The dealership is 30-40 minutes from my house basically. Just wouldn't be worth it to me. Ill take it to a friend of mine who is a former BMW tech, but now works on various "luxury" cars. Even If I have to buy the oil filter cup and whatever else it'll be worth it.

Anything I get from the dealership I get employee pricing on. It pays to have friends in high places haha.
 
2014 IS250 F Sport. They just arrived on the lot 3 days ago. It's an awful picture, I was rushed. Naturally I waited to take a picture until they pulled my car around.

just finished Bioshock infinite (in 4days)
the ending was one of the best to any game i've ever played
but it left my brain and all logic all gooped together and mixed up like mashed potatoes.
but that was still one of the best games i've ever played.
 


I liked the interior a lot. I can't decide on the exterior tho. I like the new design on the GS and LS, but on the new IS and ES it doesn't look so great. I might snap a couple more when I pick the car up hopefully Monday.
 
This damn rain needs to stop. We keep getting random heavy storms. Had some hail earlier today. It wasn't big, so no damage to the cars. The creek in the backyard is starting to look like a raging river. Its up about 6-12 inches from its normal level right now.
