It needs a patio off the back doorwall, right now that door is pretty much pointless.

Seems to happen to often now a days. You protect your property and yourself and then your punished
 


Who the hell would attempt to escape when you have around a year left of your sentence. Bet he didn't wake up that morning and expect to get shot and killed breaking into someone's house.
 
The home owners will not get charged. They were held hostage for 4 hours before the man (who is 71 years old) could break away and get his shotgun.


It's iowa... there's not a chance in hell they'll get charged.

Thanks! I think I want too add a door for the basement. A walkout basement adds quite a bit of value. Then I want to add a two tier masonry patio on the back. With a built in Grill and some built in seating on a wall. Maybe even a fireplace too. Then on the lower level I'll put a hot tub.

Decks kinda suck, they are always high maintences, and look kinda cheap to me. Unless you spend big bucks and do it up really nice, but it's still a deck. I've budgeted enough to get the patio I have always wanted.

I was actually wondering that because it doesn't make sense for there not to be. I love walkout basements
