Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

Got detained for trying to drive away from the hurricane?

I got arrested for holding a door closed so a cop couldn't come into a house party. Apparently because she shoved her foot in the door the exact moment I slammed it, it's assault on an officer, disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, and hindering an investigation. She didn't like me too much as I was yelling "I hope you have a warrant" and she also pepper sprayed me got my shoulders and ALL in her face. She was mad, I plan to talk to an attorney sometime next week. SO much for race car parts, ****ing cops. And a swear to **** she bit me. I have a perfect bit mark on my arm.

See in Oklahoma the "Castle" law and "Stand your ground" law would have been shouted followed by your foot is trespassing and about to be shot. Spray me and I'll break your arm too. Officer or not without a warrant she would be breaking and entering. If you don't say, "please come in" they cannot breach the door of the home.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

I'm getting one of those "welcome" mats that says "Come back with a warrant" and a sticker for the door that says "The door you're about to kick down is there for your protection not mine."

I don't know anything about Maryland laws, (where I was arrested) DE laws are the same as yours they cant come in until you say "please be my guest, come in." I have nothing against police officers and she was just doing her job but I will fight it.

I don't know the law either. If they overstep their bounds they are no longer just doing their job.

Re: Random Thought Thread 2.0

2 days from now you will wish it hadn't soaked in. The smell lingers and stays with you. I got it on my hands first time I did it and no amount of cleaner could get it out. 3-4 days later it faded out. Nasty ****.
