Wife has it set up to look at 2 houses tomorrow and I'm bound and determined to not move. I'll still go look at them though to keep her happy.
 


My dads selling a house in troy Dan unless it sold. Its kinda expensive tho 150-160k. 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath. 2 car garage huge yard. Housing looking is so booorrriinnggg

Thats not expensive unless its in the middle of no where, housing market is different everywhere though but a house around here in a ok neighbor hood with 4 beds 2 baths and lets say a 2 acre yard is probably average 250-300k at minimum talking about an average house not needing work and not to nice

Actually the house is probably worth are the 200k mark but my dad just is trying to sell it for what he owes, its in a really nice subdivision.

Philadelphia housing is crazy. My cousin lives in West Chester in an old house turned apartment and his rent is $1,000 a month. He he one bedroom and one bath.

My girlfriend doesn't because I'm mean, if we ever get married 100% sure its probably gonna change. She wanted to drive me car really bad one day so I let her drive it across the parking lot.

You should see boston, friend I know pays 1500 a month for an apartment, and that splitting all costs 50/50 with another person.

My gf drove my truck one time and it was only to teach her the basic concept on how to drive stick it was a brand new clutch and drove like a performance clutch so I was like wth but yeah she hasn't driven my pontiac I haven't even entertained the idea
 


I let my GF drive my car when she asks but lately I don't let her cause it needs alot of work like tie rods, axles, motor mounts probably brakes idk it doesn't feel safe any more and I dont want it to brake while she is driving it. I refuse to do any work to it until my Mustang is done, so if it brakes its gonna be sitting for like a month or so.
 
I don't let anybody drive my car anymore nowadays unless it my dad. Let one of my ex's drive my crap to her prom and well she curbed one of my old rims... Never again.
 
speaking of cars getting driven.... my ex gf drove it once cause i drank to much at a wedding with her and the other person was my brother.. idk how or why i let him drive it... i've asked my dad a couple times if he wanted to drive it and he always passes.. idk why... and the gf does the same..
