• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Picked this up today. I'm gonna throw it on my car tomorrow and see how it likes it.

This is what is actually for my car... Lol

When you get it and get it installed let me know how you like it.

That is what I am looking for. Something that doesn't have a loud sucking sound at idle, but as soon as I hit the petal it starts to make noise.

Really? All the time even at idle?

My K&N open cone with the internal velocity stack hissed and sounded like a massive vacuum leak all the time.

I got the SLP box today and put it in. Fitment is a bit of a forced in tight fit. Mostly the holes on bottom didn't line up with the threaded inserts included, and the lid holes don't line up perfectly but I got the clip's in and holes to line up. The ecu tray inside is a snug fit. Cold start and idle it has a slight hissing, a lot less hissing sound. Blower whine is more noticeable then my chopped and gutted factory box, but quieter than the open cone set up I had. Overall I'm happy with it.

If I want to keep my stock exhaust tips when I put on new mufflers. Will a muffler with a 2.25" inlet/outlet work?

4:54 was like....holy crap, it's windy up there and he's standing like that??? I remember doing something like this on a much smaller scale, like on a few story rooftops and my hands get so sweaty from being nervous, and I'm not afraid of heights. At work I'd always enjoy getting the scissor lift to go up and change the lights in the building that's real tall.

Then the feeling of, aww we have to go all the way back down now. It's got to be way harder going back down, they probably parachuted off or something.

yah, my hands got sweaty too lol. im like man i'd probably grab the handle slip and tumble to my death.

and i'm like you, I like heights and such but that's too much.

Yeah exactly, sweaty hands are a body's way of trying to get us killed lol.
Now I have a cousin that is afraid of heights and it was really odd for him to take the scissor lift up to the top, he played it cool but I think he was freaking out a bit, looked a little pale. Plus it was on a really old scissor lift we had just got done fixing, so who knows lol. And another thing it was the single brace lift, so it only has 1 pole all the way up instead of the usual ones that look like, well, scissors. So less sturdy
