• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Post Whoring - 5.5.1 - We have a turd in the punch bowl

Technically you were actually sweating a lot, but it evaporates very quickly in low humidity. The change of state from a liquid to a gas requires energy, in the form of heat. So sweat evaporating off your skin is what's actually removing heat from your body. High relative humidity slows that process, our cooling process I would say. Sweat just sitting on your skin not evaporating does no good.

I've been working in 90° and somewhat humid weather this week. The kind you sweat all day in, so much it feels normal and you actually accept it and feel comfortable lol. Not kidding

Went and helped a neighbors friend figure out why his car wouldn't start after doing spark plugs. Heard a snapping when cranking, pulled a plug wire off to notice antiseize all over the connections instead of dielectric grease.. the guy at AutoZone sold him antiseize to use on all of the wire connections. An 8oz can and a small packet. Fail.
Antiseize contains mostly graphite and is conductive btw so that's a direct short to the cylinder heads. That's the guys at AutoZone for ya.
I was limited on time so I let my friend take all the plugs out and clean them, I went and got new wires for it. Easy side money.

This pic below raises 2 questions.
1. Who wears driving gloves?
2. Who believes that their PT Cruiser is worthy of driving gloves?

LOL! Thought maybe he was coming from the gym, but the car had 4 people in it, looking like they were going out. What a loser!
Snapped this cruising around Chicago.

Back in the day I worked security at a power plant. One of the shift sergeants wore driving gloves, and he drove a Taurus. A POS Ford Taurus.

Them don't look like driving gloves. I suspect he is one of those dudes that is lost in the 80's and wears fingerless gloves all the time. :th_laugh-lol2:

The tint was the worst part of the shop. The wheels are still silver.

I'll be cutting and waxing it soon too. Still in the process of doing the truck.
