The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
pb has had its good and bad days, but has been less funky the last few months really. they were doing a lot of maint work, maybe its all finished up? i've not had any issues in the last month easy.
Gtp trans is thoroughly testing my patience. On top of having to walk away all the time due to fire calls, I got it 90% complete and found the pump doesn't sit flush causing the chain cover to not sit properly. Not very pleased right now. 1/8" or less of poke I have to rip it all apart again.
Problem solved. The part I thought I was missing was actually installed so I had it doubled up.
Trans is complete and ready to go back in. Should have a running driving gtp tonight. I'll be using the gtp while the Buick is in the body shop getting the deer hit damaged fixed. Then it's off to Craigslist to make me some money.
Sure is. I couldn't believe how badly that bent. It's got a lot of miles, I've done some work to it over the years. Kinda sucks. They said they hit ice, the rear end slid and they smashed into a wall.
We only get ice once in awhile here and when I did crash work I hated it because on Monday the lot would be loaded with stuff just crammed into stationary objects like that. Hate the way aluminum breaks, too, when steel would bend.
Been awhile since I work-whored any Pontiacs... but yea thats me, and my current task is at the bottom. The red '59 Cat is r a r e but the guy wants a new frame and LS, the '76 Smog Am is a stick car and was a varmint casket, the '60 Biscayne is slammed and raspy sounding, the blue pickup got a magazine shoot, the blue Stang is going from a straight 6 to a 260, the minty '56 was just finished, thats a pearl white on the Fox body .... etc
