EGR and SD headers don't like to match up, mine is deleted until emissions time. I had to fab something to stop the tic, basically make a block off plate, then drill out a whole the properly fits the EGR tube, LITTLE bit of rtv between the plate and rear header

I've yet to have an issue with SD headers and EGR. Only installed about 10 sets so far.. maybe it's just that I need more installs?

PS, HXIC's was actually funnier. Add vice grips to that picture.
 




I could post a picture of my engine all torn apart right now for the rocker install, otherwise its a stock looking engine except for the wizair cai box and stb
 


Turn down from ZZP for hood clearance.

Its actually a restriction.

When the stock trans comes out, broken...
The DBW TB will be getting flipped to eliminate the turndown, with wiring harness work.
Possibly a 90mm LS2 DBW TB in the plan as well.

Where did you get the caps for the strut tower and the cover over the coil packs?
