Poly mounts...knocking sound

hey guys ever since my poly mounts install ive been noticing when i hit bumps its sounds like a quiet knock sounds like the mounts because when i come to a stop it makes that noise but only once as if the motor shifted the and pushed the mount forward then back....does anybody else hear this?
 


my buddy has a solid motor, tranny, and poly uppers...his creaks a bit when its cold and he puts it into gear but thats it.
 
Check to make sure you tighten the bolts good on both ends of the dogbones. If that's not it then perhaps you installed them wrong(hard to do but not impossible) or maybe the round bushings are shot. If they are creaking you can use asssebly lube or grease to quiet them. Mine have never made a clunk or knock but they did creak and some grease solved that.
