yes, a downpipe gasket and cat to resonator gasket. or you improvise with gasket material and a razor knife.

The price is 180 not 260.....I just bought one last week for this price and I just looked 30 seconds ago and it is still this same price.
 
He is getting $260 for the ceramic coating...

Don't get it coated...just get it for $180 and be done...thats all you need.
 
what kind of difference in power would i see with plog? a throwback in seat difference or just something mild

very mild. It helps with flow, therefore reducing KR and increasing HP that way. If you already have no KR, it will not help you hardly at all HP wise.
